Refund Policy

We put in a lot of time and love into Research and crafting our blends  and your satisfaction is very important to us!

All the products are handmade and made in small batches and packed carefully.

Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video! 

All we ask is that you drop us an email along with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you the replacement.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the product. However, if you do have any product related issues you can email us.  But for any product related issues after delivery we will require video proof so make sure you have that.

Our number one priority is for our customers to be absolutely 100% in LOVE with our products! So please reach out if you're needing assistance. 

Only the products that are damaged due to shipping will be replaced or refunded as per your wish.

Any other reasons are not applicable for Refunds, Exchange or returns.

Salome Rituals does NOT accept forced returns and these are non-refundable.
