We humans are creatures of habits and patterns. We want comfort and familiarity in every situation. If we are confronted with an unfamiliar pattern or even never before seen visual our brain tries to make sense of it and in the most incredible way makes us believe that we have seen this place or situation before, may be in a dream, and we call it ‘déjà vu’. It’s ironic really, as the most intelligent species on the planet we are meant to explore the world and face unconventional experiences and yet we are naturally driven towards a sense of familiar and safe environments. Well let’s just say that Mother Nature is very complex and simple at the same time just like our minds and there are mysteries in nature and in our brain that is beyond our comprehension.

What I am trying to say is that nature has created our minds to be complex and if we want any solution for our problems all we need to do is allow nature to heal us, support us, and guide us in our journey of self-discovery and self-awareness just like our ancestors have and heal ourselves of our negative patterns and unwanted energies.

Each one of us have a unique spiritual fragrance that carries the vibrational frequencies of our own spirit and is in resonance with our inner self.
