1. Breathwork
Breathwork is the easiest type of Meditation and highly effective for anxiety, irritability and anger.
Inhale deeply and fully and exhale slowly. Focus on your breathing.
Do this for about 5- 10 min.
Pro tip: You can use Essential oil roll on to help you harness the effects of Aromatic molecules.
You can also listen to calm music or burn incense.
2. Earthing
Earthing the simplest and most natural way to connect to the Mother Earth.
Its highly effective in Grounding and stabilising the negativity.
Stand barefoot on the grass or soil.
Close your eyes and visualise roots extending from your feet into the Mother Earth's core holding you steady, connecting you to the Goddess Gaia,
cleansing you to your core.
3. Shower meditation
You can do this when you are in the shower.
Play some calm music or any of your favourite music.
Visualise the water cleansing you from head to toe, ridding you of your negative emotions, anxiety, stress and all the unnecessary feelings and emotions you are holding on to.
Just let go.
Get out of the shower feeling new and refreshed.
4. Rainbow Meditation
Rainbow meditation is a very creative visualisation technique.
Close your eyes and relax. Imagine a bright colourful rainbow in the sky.
Inhale deeply and visualise the colour RED.
Relax your physical body.
Inhale deeply and visualise the colour ORANGE.
Check in with your Emotions.
Inhale deeply and visualise the colour YELLOW.
Relax your Mind.
Inhale deeply and visualise the colour GREEN.
Find tranquility within yourself.
Inhale deeply and visualise the colour BLUE.
Find the calmness within you.
Inhale deeply and visualise the colour INDIGO.
Find your most hidden self.
Inhale deeply and visualise the colour VIOLET.
Listen to your inner self.
You are now connected to your most authentic self. Try to be in this state as long as you can.
Visualise all the colours in the reverse order, then open your eyes to feel regenerated.
