Sacred rituals to cope with anxiety

To raise our vibrations and understand ourselves better, it's important to connect to the spiritual side of ourselves.
Invoking spirituality means connecting to the ancient part of our soul, which has untapped wisdom and incredible calmness.
Follow these Rituals to connect to your inner wise woman and invite calm into your life.
1) Use Essential oils and Aromatherapy
Use roll on blends specifically made for anxiety and mood swings.
Inhale directly from the bottle or diffuse a blend in a diffuser.
Put a drop of Lavender/ Geranium Essential oil on palm and inhale.
Mix 4-5 drops of relaxing essential oils in your favorite body oil and massage slowly all over your body.
2) Relax your BRAIN
Add 2-3 drops of Lemongrass, Lavender and Rosemary essential oils in coconut oil and massage your head.
Put on some soothing music, light some aromatherapy candles and massage your scalp focusing on the top of your head.
Imagine yourself in the spa, be in the moment, feel your mind relaxing.
3) Heal yourself with Water Therapy
Water is a very healing element. It is fluid and adaptive kind of like our Soul. With water we can learn to flow and adapt.
Dancing in the rain, or walking in the rain, or just simply enjoying the rain pouring down on you is a fun way to release your anxiety.
Going swimming, having a relaxing bath or taking a cold shower is super relaxing.
Just be in the moment and visualise the water washing away all your anxiety .
4) FEEL your FEELINGS
Just take your journal and write everything down.
Be true to yourself. How are you really? What's bothering you?
It's time to get serious about what is going on in your life.
Journaling is a very good practice to release those pent up emotions that you keep collecting every day.
Let go of those emotions.
Become Self-aware.
Discover your authentic self.
5) STAY AWAY FROM ENERGY VAMPIRES
You know how you feel anxious around some people like they have a bad vibe or something, that literally drains your energy,
yeah you know, so stay away from those people.
Avoid people who burn you out.
Let go of those people who do not align with you.
Protect your peace and energy at all costs.
