The Affirmation Ritual you need in your Healing Journey..



Affirmations are like saying prayer to the highest version of yourself. Like invoking your inner wise woman, inner strength , courage, love & beauty.. And doing this simple yet effective Affirmation Ritual daily will help you in your healing journey invoking your authentic self.

Things you need

  1. Journal

  2. Pen

  3. A calm & quiet place or a sacred space of your own where you are comfortable.

  4. Soothing music or the one you prefer that puts you at ease and relaxes you.

  5. Essential oils in a diffuser or just inhaling directly from the bottle is fine.

  6. A candle if you prefer.

The Morning Affirmation Ritual you need..


1) Grab your Journal, pen, and choice of beverage if you need any and go to your sacred space.

2) Now note down what it is you need to do today, in your work, personal life, or relationships.

3) Write about how you want to show up today. How do you want do the things that you need to do?

4) Think about the version you need to be today to achieve all the things you desire. The trick is to think about today. The moment of your being.

5) Write all the qualities you need in yourself. Remember they are already there you just need to invoke them. You are calling inwards to your inner wisdom and the source of your strength, courage, love , beauty and grace.

6) Now transform these qualities into Affirmations.

For example: I have been feeling very lazy these past few days, but I want to change that. Today I want to show up as a woman who takes care of her body in a healthy way.

So I would write something like,

- I have the inner strength to achieve anything I want today.

- I am feeling energetic, joyful and happy today.

- I love challenging myself to make my body stronger and energized.


Doing this daily and regularly will help you reprogram your mind to do things you want to do. Affirming in the present and taking actions immediately will help your brain create a mental pattern of affirming and following the thought with action.

This will increase your self-confidence and will also align you with the highest version of yourself.


The Evening Affirmation Ritual you need..


Writing or saying Affirmations at the end of the day will help you clear your mind and lower your anxiety. Affirmations help your mind focus on the moment. Affirmations can help you calm yourself by creating a sense of security which will help you sleep peacefully.


1) Grab your Journal, pen, and choice of beverage if you need any and go to your sacred space.

2) Now note down what happened today, in your work, personal life, or relationships that was out of your control.

3) Write about how you handled the situation and how you wanted to handle the situation.

4) If the way you handled the situation aligned with your authentic self then be proud of it. And complement yourself.

5) If the way you handled the situation didn't align with your true self, write down what needs to aligned?

6) Write all the qualities that you could have aligned yourself with today. Transform these qualities into affirmations.

For example: Today I felt as though I couldn't find time for myself. I was really busy with work, then family and chores. I burnt out today. And I cannot function properly if that happens.

So I would affirm-

- I do things at my own pace.

-I make time for myself.

- I love myself and I let myself relax and unwind.

- I don't have to do everything.

- I let go of all the limiting beliefs and expectations of myself that prevent me from giving myself a break.

- I am free to please myself and nurture myself.

- I am allowed to say No to things that take up too much of my time.
